Introduction

Eligibility and Age Requirement
To participate on the ckbd platform, you must meet the following eligibility conditions:

- You must manage your account yourself — managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.

Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account on ckbd, you must provide accurate and complete information. False or incomplete information provided at the time of registration may result in your account being suspended or cancelled.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
3.3 Verification
As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, ckbd may at any time request the following documents to verify your identity and address:
- Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
In the event of a delay or failure in verification, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on ckbd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- For deposits, you must use only a payment account registered in your own name.
- Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- ckbd does not charge any additional fee on deposits, however the payment provider's own charges may apply.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- If there are any active bonus conditions on the account, withdrawals may be restricted.
- ckbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of unusual transactions.
Withdrawal Timeframe: Standard processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours. For bank transfers, the time may vary depending on banking business days.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ckbd offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, the combined total of the deposit amount and bonus must be wagered 20 times. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳60,000 to become eligible for withdrawal.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- The wagering contribution may vary for different games.
- The bonus applies only once per eligible member.
5.3 VIP Program
ckbd's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 1.0%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.5%). Progression to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity.
5.4 Promotion Abuse
If any activity related to abuse of a bonus or promotion is detected, ckbd reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
ckbd may refuse to accept a bet for any reason. ckbd reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
6.2 Odds and Results
For sports betting, the odds provided by ckbd are final. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be handled in accordance with the relevant rules.
6.3 Live Betting
In live betting, odds may change rapidly. The system may re-verify odds before a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be changed.
6.4 Maximum Win Limit
A maximum win amount may be set for each product or event. ckbd is not obliged to pay out beyond that limit.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and if any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately cancelled:
- Creating or managing multiple accounts.
- Opening or managing an account using another person's identity.
- Using multiple identities for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
- Using software, bots or automated systems to operate games.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
- Using ckbd for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour with other members.
- Behaving inappropriately towards ckbd staff.
- Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.
Responsible Gaming
